The master loft bedroom has a comfortable and spacious king size bed, work area, sitting area with ensuite master bath and smart TV. On a clear night, you watch the stars from the window behind the bed.

All the windows in the spacious master loft, make the room light and bright. You can fall asleep to the views of the pine trees. It is a secluded lot, where no one can see in the windows.

There is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway and 1 car can park in the garage.

In the winter, you access the house thru the garage. In the non snowy months, we have an August smart lock for the door on the deck. The driveway is plowed when there is 5 inches but can be snowy before they plow. 4 wheel/all wheel is required.

The driveway makes the best sledding hill with the provided sleds in the garage. You do need 4 wheel drive or chains to make it up the hill. If it's slushy, it can't be plowed and you will have to walk up the hill in spring/fall discounted time.

Snow packed roads to access the house in the winter, with beautiful views of mountains and pine trees. It's such a beautiful drive up the mountain to our cabin at 11k.

Hi I've lived in Colorado over 25 years. I'm originally from the St Louis area. I love the outdoors, traveling and giving tips on places to visit. I'm a big dog lover and my husband and I compete our dogs in agility competitions. My husband, Steve and I have enjoyed hosting guests in our Pinery apartment so much, that we decided to purchase a beautiful home in Fairplay, CO to share with guests. We love the Fairplay location. It's got small town charm and a great location for anyone who loves the outdoors. I'm been in the hospitality and tourism business for over 25 years and I believe in good old fashion customer service and love interacting with people. I've worked hard on both of my homes to make them your home away from home. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
